As your fertility doula, I take a holistic approach to empowering you to achieve a healthy body that's ready for pregnancy through fertility awareness, body literacy, personalized plans, nutrition and unlimited support.
Ultimately, this is YOUR journey and you are the expert, i'm simply here to vibe, to guide and hold space for you as you navigate the world of the other F-word: fertility! I am your sounding board, your confidante and professional researcher so that you can be empowered to make informed decisions about your body.

Kaci will work with you (and your partner) to help you optimize your fertility and cycle health, in order to increase your changes of conceiving. We work together for a minimum of 3 months to give us an adequate amount of time to observe your natural cycles and implement tools of practices to help you reach your goal of becoming a parent.
We start with a 30-minute consultation to understand what your unique needs are. Then, we develop a personalized plan designed to optimize your pre-conception health that will increase your chances of becoming pregnant naturally.

PLACENTA ENCAPSULATION SERVICES
Labor with Kaci Placenta Encapsulation is founded by Kaci Griffin, a certified placenta encapsulation specialist, through the National Black Doulas Association. We are a safe and affordable placenta encapsulation company based in Atlanta, Ga. Labor with Kaci is HIPAA compliant - your privacy is always protected and abides by strict hygienic and sanitary practices.
At Labor with Kaci, we use the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) method of placenta encapsulation. The average placenta makes between 90-125 capsules, which, when taken regularly, can have many benefits of placenta capsules for new mothers.

As a certified Vaginal Steaming Facilitator, I am trained to provide non-medical herbal remedies to encourage healthy wombs. Vaginal (Yoni) steaming is based largely on cultural and indigenous traditions using Earth, Air, Fire, and Water to stimulate energetic movement within the womb spaceI am not a healthcare practitioner, licensed herbalist, acupuncturist, or Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and therefore, I cannot make medical claims for the outcome of service.
